The Making of Baked Chicken with Fried Rice

Cut onion into small pieces

Prepare for steam rice

Selection of vegetables: fresh mushroom, carrot, diced tomatoes, capsicum

Fried chicken until golden

Fried Vege

Pour over fried rice to bakeware

Fried Rice in Bakeware

Mixed vege with fried chicken in tomato sauce until boil

Pour over them onto fried rice

Add in Mozarella Cheese

Baked Chicken with fried rice is ready to be served

Hooray~~ My first experiment on baked chicken with fried rice considered a success~~~!!

Puff Pastry

Theng theng posted a series of photo in her facebook showing the making of puff pastry. I realized that those steps are generally a piece of cake~~! Therefore I take some initiative to try out for the baking of puff pastry.

I do have great satisfaction on my first attempt on the puff pastry. Therefore I tried out for the baking second time (in fact, I still have 4 more pieces of puff pastry sheet which allowed me for few more times of experiment). I understand that I may be careless most of the time and the consequences is my puff pastry seems burnt~!
