Greenshell Mussels

We went for grocery yesterday and purchased a tiny box of greenshell mussel. It cost only AUD 9.00 for a kg. Problems rise, in fact, I never cook mussels before and I normally eat it fresh in the retaurant.

Totally no idea for this and Joo come out with the idea, to steam it and on top of it, he placed on two pieces of cheese.

However, it seems like the mussels isnt cooked and then I suggested we try to use the mini oven to bake it.
